September 27th
Our foaling season is over and both our new jacks have delighted us with their offspring.
First up was a sorrel colt by Tomcat out of my lovely Big Woods 24 Karat. Burnished Gold has the very best of Conformation, correct dentition, great Temprement and a very well known, Proven pedigree. He is offered for sale, deposit secures until weaning, see our for sale page.
Our first foal by Outlaw, a stunning Brown and white filly out of Anthem arrived 25th September, here is a preview photo.

27th September
My stunning Champion Gambler's Dancie delivered another wonderful filly by Outlaw.
More photos will be published later this week!
August 26th
We decided to end our show season this month as our foals are due to arrive shortly.
Not many shows attended this season as I have been showing my collies much more and intend to do so in the future therefore some really exceptional Donkeys maybe for sale at some point, but with two Reserve Championships, one a DBS Reserve Championship, one Miniature Donkey Championship and three Supreme show Qualifiers, not a bad season at all!
August 20th
After a hugely successful weekend showing my Smooth Collies (www.smooth-collies.com) at Bournemouth we then turned our attention to The DBS Supreme Donkey show.
Miniature Donkeys were extremely thin on the ground this year it has to be said, with only 6 taking part on the Funday Sunday classes.
We were delighted to Qualify our Senior Herd Sire Multi Champion Itsy Bitsy Tomcat on a rare outing, which gave all three of our entries Qualification, the only Miniature Stud to achieve this and we are even more pleased to able to report that
*Tomcat passed his Donkey Breed Society Veterinary Inspection.*
Tom is the only Miniature Donkey to have been put forward for this Independant Rigerous examination. We did this as we feel using ones own vet and not an independant vet is not ethical!
