Outlaw is a very handsome jack. He has a beautiful, masculine, short head.
His legs are impressively straight and wide set. Actually he has the best set of legs I have ever seen on a Miniature Donkey!
He is sweet and loves attention, possessing The TRUE Miniature Donkey Temperament!
He is a beautiful show prospect, Outlaw is certainly eye catching.
He will add colour and powerful conformation to our breeding program as well as being an Asset to the Breed in the UK with his coloured & solid coloured foals. He is a real touch of class.

written when he first arrived in England. I think he
exceeded all our expectations in his first show season!
Maverick has
the most Fantastic solid legs with tremendous bone. His legs really
are built like a good pony's.
He possesses an Excellent Topline and unrivalled huge chest topped off with pretty head, eye and
is such
a striking tri-colour.
Outlaw's Conformation and movement just Has to be seen
and his fan club has now grown into Europe.
We also had many people seeking him out at shows
saying they had heard about him and wanted to see him for themselves,
none were disappointed!
Best of all he is a wonderful sweet boy, very easy
going with the most perfect Temperament, a delight to have on my yard.
He is smart too. He really does know when he
has won and will stand in the ring happily before and after judging,
otherwise he wants to leave the ring and refuses to stand!!

A few judges seemed unable to get
their head around his striking colour at first however the ones which
knew a good animal made up for it!
We were delighted when Maverick, as Outlaw is known at home,
won his Title in grand style at one of the larger DBS Inhand Show
Qualifying shows. Same status as Royal Highland, Great York's, Bath & West etc. At just two years of age he confirmed his early promise and topped a
wonderful large entry at Heckington, Lincs.
Next important show for us was the Donkey Breed Society
Supreme show, the best show on the calendar and the one everyone wants to win at! Here Outlaw
put himself firmly on the map strutting his stuff as only he can taking top honours
to become:

From here we had a break to come out at
Peterborough in October under two DBS A list judges one a well known all
rounder, the other a Donkey breed specialist
Outlaw won what was probably the strongest class of
the day under DBS rules Judge Mr C Porter
The same can be said for the MMDA Class which he
also won under Judge Mrs R Clarke

Maverick has a proven Champion PRODUCING Pedigree
which was high on my list when looking for a good colt as I firmly
believe you can win all with bought in stock, but your nothing as
a breeder if you cannot go on and breed same or even better adults!

With Champion Gambler's Dancie just one of my
quality mare's in foal to Outlaw and a stunning Johnny Paycheck filly
from her already in my barn (look for her next year she is special) I am
more than confident his foals will be wonderful, correct and have the
best of temperaments, as for colour that's in the lap of the gods but I
always breed for Conformation before colour.
