With the limited bloodlines available within the UK we take great pride in the variety of our herd’s pedigrees.
I have carefully researched the pedigree’s of our stock to assure of no line breeding.
While linebreeding is a common practice in equines and canines we feel that line breeding is not required to improve the Miniature Donkey. Very few American breeders linebreed, those that do have extensive experience as breeders.
To distinguish animals with no line breeding in their pedigree on our website you will see the notation: NLBP which stands for “No Line breeding in Pedigree”

Johnny Paycheck was Top Miniature 2006, made breed history becoming the first Miniature to feature in the Top Ten DBS Points Championship ever! And was the 2006 Royal Highland show Supreme Champion Donkey. Reserve Champion Donkey at the Royal Lancs 2007 to name only a few of his wins to date!

Winner of the 2 year old jack class and Reserve Champion jack in show at the Canadian MDE show at Red Deer, Alberta. He was used at Stud at the World Famous Circle C ranch in Canada before being exported to Ireland where he now stands. His resultant first foal Circle C Larissa was the top priced foal/yearling at the 2006 Rocky Mountain Sale. Larissa went on to stand 2nd in her class at the Calgary Stampede World Miniature Donkey Show. Circle C Larissa has since gone on to win Grand Champion at the Pacific Crest Show in Oregon and now resides in the Benson Ranch, the new home of the Circle C Herd.

Bridget arrived on Easter Sunday, guess I should really call her Easter Frost but its too corny for me!! Bridget will not be a tall girl, she has her mothers big beautiful eyes, her Dam is my ideal stamp of a jennet, I adore her. Her new Daughter is proving to be very correct and may be retained for my Herd. Not available for sale.

I am lucky in that I am able to spend a great deal of time educating my foals, which is the fun part as far as I am concerned!
This means that my foals are super friendly, well handled and lead trained before they leave me.
Each will be wormed, vaccinated, fully registered and have a passport as required by law.
I do not take foal deposits on unborn foals, preferring to match your requirements to the best of my ability.
We offer every help and assistance
to new owners, your success is our success!
We answer all enquiries with
honesty and integrity and that is why we will never sell a Donkey unless
we are certain it is right for the client.
We are happy to supply current
photographs or DVD's on any of our Donkeys and welcome visitors to come and take
a look around.

Announcing our first foal, Marco Born 2nd September, by our Herd Sire Country Music's Johnny Paycheck!
JNS Sophia presented us with this gorgeous jack foal, complete with tiny white star same as his sire.
He is small, compact and correct with a stunning head and large eye as you would expect from Johnny Paycheck's lineage which is well proven and established being by Country Music's George Jones, ADMS / NMDA National Champion and sire of 20+ National and World Champions in the USA, Canada and Europe.
